MagmaMC – Survival Rules

Last updated: 01/11/2026

These rules apply to all gameplay on the MagmaMC Survival server.

1. Cheating & Unfair Advantage

You may NOT use anything that gives you an unfair advantage, including:

• Hacked clients

• X-ray or ore-revealing texture packs

• Dupes (including TNT duping)

• Auto clickers, AFK machines, scripts, or macros

• Any setup that lets your account gain items, money, or progress while you are not actively playing

• Mods or resource packs that show players, mobs, ores, containers, or claims through blocks (ESP / wall-hacks)

• Mods that change or enhance movement, speed, jumping, reach, hitboxes, or combat mechanics

• Mods or tools that automatically aim, attack, place blocks, or break blocks for you

If you are not at your keyboard, you must not be gaining rewards.

2. Mods & Macros

Allowed

• FullBright

• Shaders and visual texture packs

• Minimap

• Litematica & Schematica (blueprint viewing only)

• One-click macros (1 key press = 1 action)

Not Allowed

• Auto repeat or hold to repeat macros

• Auto farm, auto fish, or auto loot tools

• Printers or automated build tools

• Macros or software that send chat messages or commands automatically

• Any tool that lets your character keep playing while you are away

Litematica Easy Place

Easy Place mode is not supported on MagmaMC.
It places blocks in an automated pattern and may be detected by our anti cheat system.

If you use Easy Place and get banned, staff will not disable checks or unban you.

3. Exploits

• Any bug, glitch, or unintended mechanic that gives extra items, money, or progress must be reported immediately
• Using an exploit, even once, is punishable
• Hiding or sharing exploits instead of reporting them is also punishable

4. Builds & Farms

• No lag machines, crash machines, or exploit farms
• No offensive or inappropriate builds
• 0 tick farms are not allowed and will be removed
• Farms must follow server limits and normal Minecraft mechanics

Claims, griefing & player safety

• Building next to or around another player’s claim with the intent to damage, trap, block, or sabotage their base is not allowed
• Destroying, blocking, or manipulating terrain around a claim to harm the owner is treated as griefing
• Not creating a claim is done at your own risk; unclaimed bases are not guaranteed protection
• Trapping players in structures, boxes, holes, or redstone devices to kill, hold, or farm them is not allowed, even if PvP is enabled

Intent does not matter, only impact.

5. Alt Accounts & Access

• Alts may not be used to gain advantages
• No alt voting, questing, or reward farming
• No ban evasion through alts
• You are responsible for everything done on any account you use
• VPNs, proxies, and anonymizing networks are not supported and may be blocked
• Using a VPN to bypass bans, IP limits, or vote limits is not allowed
• Any ban issued by MagmaMC’s anti-cheat system is treated as an IP ban
• Attempting to bypass an anti-cheat ban using alt accounts, VPNs, or proxies will result in further punishment

6. Trading & Scamming

• All trades are at your own risk
• Staff only enforces deals with clear proof (players, items, prices, and time)
• Deals without a time limit default to 15 minutes
• Promises, IOUs, or “I’ll do it later” deals are not enforced

7. Voting

• Vote only for your own account
• No alt voting or IP abuse
• No exceeding daily vote limits

8. Punishment Evasion

• No bypassing mutes, bans, or restrictions
• No using signs, books, items, or other players to talk while muted
• Helping others evade punishments is punishable
